Dream Big Books… read up!

Here are some facts about my pets:

Sammy – is now 15 years old and kind of like a fluffy black and white lion. He stretches and prances around the house like he’s king of the jungle. He’s very playful and when I was little, he used to love playing with Star Wars or Army guys… he was like a big monster attacking them from above. He’s cool… with a lion attitude!

Alvin – is about 10 years old.  He is super playful, uncoordinated with his claws, and he sleeps on our heads. He used to climb the fig tree that was in our living room, attack the TV (see photo of him watching Tom & Jerry), claw the furniture, and run around the house like a maniac. Now that he’s matured a bit, he’s calmer… and he’s the only cat brave enough you hang out with Joanna the dog.

Joanna – is my 8-year old black Lab and will eat anything! She has eaten or chewed up drywall, action figures, wicker, electric wires, candles, plastic, dirt, fuzz, cardboard, tissues, chairs and tables.  She ate an entire stick of butter and a ball of fresh mozzarella. She’s difficult…. but she’s matured a bunch. The sweetest pupper ever.

Georgie – is about 7 I think. Still scared of everything… no one sees him much. But he loves me and will howl at the top of the stairs if it’s getting late and he wants me to come upstairs. He sleeps with me every night and chews on my hair. Great, right? But he’s really a cool cat. He even lets my mom pet him sometimes, if he’s feeling brave.

Other stuff:

– My dad is in a U2 tribute band – he plays Bono. Mostly plays in Florida (U2byUV).

– One time I went fishing with my grandfather and uncle – and I caught 11 fish! I caught a bunch of blow fish – they look like a cartoon character. It was the best day. We also go crabbing whenever we can. Though I throw back everything I catch.

– I go to a nature preserve with my parent where chicadees land right on your hand and eat birdseed – check out the photos! It’s amazing!
